Our tooling process often begins with customer supplied blueprints or digital models. From these digital documents we create the base mold features, alignment geometry and perform extensive draft and flow front analysis. If verification is required we offer a rapid prototyping service, with full 1:1 physical FDM models available with in days not weeks.
