Our tooling process often begins with customer supplied drawings or digital models. From these digital documents we determine the tooling requirements, tooling type, alignment geometry and perform extensive draft and flow front analysis. If verification is required we offer a rapid prototyping service, with full 1:1 physical SLS models available within days, not weeks.
