The power to push the elegant LC470 to its maximum is very much the driver's preference.

The LC470 can take a range of GM engines and we are happy to discuss the options in detail with prospective customers.



As an example, fitted with the 400hp LS6 and running a 2.87 1st gear through a 3.07 final drive, the LC470 reaches 60 mph in 3.4 secs without the need to shift. And turns in a top speed of 190 mph!

Fitted with a 600hp Chevrolet Small Block motor and a 3.07 ratio final drive, the LC470 pulls a standing ¼ mile in 9.1 secs and 149 mph across the line.

For a little extra, the LC470 can be fitted with an 800hp race-ready power train.

An air intake draws the coldest air available from in front of the
radiator and delivers the flow direct into the fuel injection air filters.





COOLING SYSTEM

Double-pass core running 10-20F less than same size single pass core

All-aluminum cooling lines linked by aviation grade silicon connectors
Aluminum surge tank mounted at the highest possible location
Bleed lines to all high points remove all air from the system

Drivers of high-powered open sports cars enjoy warm weather and the car needs to be kept at optimal operating temperatures under all conditions.

The LC470 is fitted with a AFCO double-pass radiator which has a 360 degree TIG-welded baffle that splits the radiator core into two sections.



The baffle effectively makes one radiator into two and ensures that no coolant enters the radiator without crossing the twin cores.

Such radiators dissipate heat very efficiently by first passing coolant through the top half of the radiator and then the bottom half.

1.875” tubing with D-port flanges

Complete system ceramic coated
Finished in titanium gold, black, or chrome silver



The LC470 exhaust headers are fabricated from 1.875” tubing with D-port flanges that allow the performance engines fitted to breathe easily.

Side pipes are recessed into the body and can be fabricated from stainless steel.



The entire exhaust system is ceramic coated to reduce surface temperature, especially important for the exposed pipework.

Exhaust pipework and silencing produces a full, deep sound without being overly loud.
