The engineering team at Carbon by Design has aided nearly all of the prime contractors in the defense industry in the design and production of stronger, lighter, and more cost effective composite structures.

Our engineering team excels in the production of the most difficult composite structures. The majority of our long term clients have leveraged our ability to successfully manufacture structures which even their own engineering teams believed to be impossible. In addition to the production of new structures Carbon by Design regularly evaluates existing programs for areas of improvements and optimization.

Field Services:
Upon request, Carbon by Design regularly sends engineers into the field to preform evaluations of our customers programs. Our staff has a flawless record of documenting program or component deficiencies and delivering solutions which remedy the issue. The Carbon by Design engineering staff has delivered both written solutions and embedded with our customers' teams to train their staff on appropriate solutions.
