Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are based upon product weight and box dimensions. Boxes which exceed FEDEX's weight and/or size limits will be shipped truck freight. When truck freight is required our sales staff will shop around to get you the best rate to your door. Our Canadian customers are charged for FEDEX International Standard service, there is no per box additional charge. Expedited services are available including next day Saturday. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice at time of purchase.

COD Charges

COD is not available to Puerto Rico, and Canada. We will not accept COD's.

International Orders

We gladly accept international orders. We ship frequently to Canada, UK, Europe and South America. As with all truck freight items we will shop for the best rate on your behalf. Orders for our Troops

We will make every attempt to delivers items to our troop wether home or aboard using the APO system. Some large items will require truck freight, and on base delivery is available.

Special Orders

All orders shipped via UPS Ground can expect to be in transit 5-7 business days from date shipped. Shipping prices for special orders and drop ship items are subject to the original shipping warehouse. Special order items make take an additional 5-7 days to receive if the origination warehouse is out of stock. In these situations we make every effort to keep you up to date on shipment information.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping on-line, please select your option upon check-out. Please note; these services may not be available in certain regions. We will notify you if this is the case for your particular region.

Sales Tax

California residents must pay sales tax on any purchased goods, unless a satisfactory "re-seller certificate" is on file. All customers outside of California are not subject to tax.

Preferred Carriers

We ship most items the size of a fender and smaller via FEDEX, larger items are shipped truck freight by one of several carriers. FedEX items shipped will be verified via email, including a tracking number for your use. Shipping via FedEx and USPS available upon request.

Average Shipping Times

Because we manufacture our own product, we keep a ready stock on hand. All orders are shipping within 24 hours of receipt, unless otherwise notified. Once in transit FEDEX items can be expected to take no longer than 7 days and truck freight items no longer than 10 days.

Mailing & Billing Address

In an effort to reduce credit card fraud we must require that the credit card billing address is the same as the mailing address. Shipments can be sent to an alternative address as long as it is listed with the credit card company as an "alternative shipping address". To do this just call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and tell the operator the address you wish to list.
