Carbon by Design Aerospace Systems core competency is the production of small and mid-sized Unmanned Aerial Vehicles systems. Our proprietary tooling design and curing equipment translates into consistently lighter structures, with higher fiber volumes than those of typical autoclaved products. Our composite facility features discrete manufacturing cells which keep our customer’s proprietary information and products private. Carbon by Design offers build to print solutions as well as product improvement and full engineering support to our customers. Unlike many other composite facilities, our in house class 10,000 ESD Electronics laboratory allows us to deliver our customers fully integrated, completed assemblies.

Our quality control department is fully equipped with the necessary instrumentation to provide both dimensional and electronic qualifications.
