Our Radiological and Semiconductor products include;
- Flat X-Ray Base Plates
New digital x-ray technologies are improving clarity and fieled of view on a daily basis. These new technologies require base plate materials which are pure and artifact free. Our base plates are infused under high temperature to create a laminate with less than 1% void content and thermally stable to 300f.
- Wafer Fixtures and Inspection Plates
When a flat chemical resistant laminate is required for you wafer production we offer a number of precision laminates. Our laminates are chemical resistant to common wafer manufacturing solvents and cleaners and are dimensionally stable in heat ranges between 0F - 300F.
- Virtually no development costs
Our unique experience in this field has allowed us to offer a number of off-the-shelf laminates to satisfy your requirements. Often product can be shipped the same day, when inventory is available.
- Build to Print Plates
Supply us with your engineering and prints and we'll build the product specifically tailored to you needs. Our services include production, machining and inspection.
